Recognition is everyday
Appreciation isn't saved for the annual party. People see and thank each other's work week after week.
- Peer recognition
- Small wins celebrated
An award for companies that build on their people.
While everyone races to automate, some companies double down on the humans who make the work matter. We notice them, and we give them something to show for it.
AI can do more of the work every month. What it can't copy is a team that trusts each other, feels seen and keeps growing. That's the human edge.
Not perks or ping-pong tables. How people are treated on an ordinary Tuesday, and whether AI makes that better or worse.
Appreciation isn't saved for the annual party. People see and thank each other's work week after week.
AI takes the busywork so people get time for what only they can do. A tool for the team, not a plan to replace it.
Feedback goes somewhere. Teams are asked, heard, and can see what changed because they spoke up.
Careers move forward in the AI era, with time to learn, mentors who care and room to move inside the company.
There's no application season and no fee. We give the award whenever a company has clearly earned it.
Our team follows companies across Europe: careers pages, LinkedIn, case studies and the stories employees tell. Plus every nomination sent to us.
When a company clearly meets all four criteria, we award it, any time of year. Every honoree is numbered in order: #001, #002 and so on.
Honorees get the badge, a certificate and a feature on this page, so candidates and customers can see what they've built.
Once a year, we pick the company from that year's honorees whose people story stood out the most. One winner, every year.
People check how a company treats its team before they apply. The badge links to your feature here, so anyone can see why you earned it.
Free for every honoree, ready the day we announce.
Your own, a client's, or the one your friend won't stop talking about. Tell us what they do for their people. We read every nomination.
No. There's no entry fee, no paid tier and no sponsorship package. You can't buy the award, which is the only way it stays worth having.
No. Most honorees won't be Kudosky customers. The criteria are about how a company treats its people, not which software it buys.
Yes. Self-nominations are welcome and judged by the same four criteria. A nomination is one signal among many. We also choose companies on our own.
Year-round, whenever a company clearly meets the criteria. Every honoree is numbered and dated. Each December, one of that year's honorees is named Human Edge Company of the Year.
Our team reviews public evidence against the four criteria: careers pages, employee stories, programs, how AI is introduced. Where we can, we talk to the people who work there.
For as long as you like. The badge carries the year it was awarded, so it stays true.
