First setup

Kudosky ships with sensible defaults, so you can invite people right away and fine-tune later. Everything below is in the web app.

1. Company basics: Settings → General. Organisation type, default language and work days. Reminders are only sent on work days.

2. Look and feel: Settings → Culture & Design. Theme colour, logo and banners.

3. Your values: Settings → Categories. The kudos categories people pick from. Rename, add or switch off the defaults.

4. Rules: Settings → Mechanics and Points System. Kudos limits, anonymous kudos and points. See Kudos rules & points.

5. People: invite everyone and create teams.

6. Rewards: build a catalogue people can spend points on.

7. Where people work: connect Slack or Microsoft Teams.
