What is Kudosky?
Kudosky is an employee recognition and engagement platform. Colleagues thank each other in seconds, people tell you how their day went, and leaders see what is really going on in their teams, without anyone being put under a microscope.

| Points & rewards | Points from kudos, ratings, polls and questionnaires can be redeemed in your company’s reward catalogue. |
| Streaks & leaderboard | Daily activity builds a streak; the leaderboard and board show recognition across the company. |
| Polls & questionnaires | Quick votes and longer surveys, quizzes or compliance checks. |
| KAIA | Kudosky’s AI. KAIA Insights (every plan) writes mood summaries and manager tips. KAIA Agent (paid add-on) is a chat that answers questions about your company and does admin work for you, plus an autopilot and the MCP connector. |
