MCP overview
The Kudosky MCP connector brings KAIA into AI assistants that support MCP, the Model Context Protocol: Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code and others. Ask about your company and get admin work done right where you already work with AI.
“How did the sales team feel this month?” · “Who hasn’t received kudos in a while?” · “Send Jana kudos for the launch.”
The connector is part of KAIA Agent and is for company admins. It runs the same tools as the KAIA chat in Kudosky, under the same rules.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”- You add Kudosky to your AI tool with one address:
https://kudosky.app/mcp. - You sign in to Kudosky, pick your company and choose what the AI tool may do: read only, or read + actions.
- The AI tool sees Kudosky’s tools and calls them when you ask.
- Every call runs as you, so it sees exactly what you see in Kudosky, and no more.
Connect Claude or ChatGPT
Section titled “Connect Claude or ChatGPT”-
In Claude (claude.ai or Claude Desktop) or ChatGPT, open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
-
Paste the address:
https://kudosky.app/mcp -
Choose Connect. A Kudosky page opens: sign in, pick your company, and decide whether to allow actions.
-
Choose Allow. You are back in your AI tool, connected. No key to copy.
The connection shows up on Kudosky’s Integrations page under the name of your AI tool, where you can disconnect it at any time.
Connect Claude Code, Cursor or VS Code
Section titled “Connect Claude Code, Cursor or VS Code”Developer tools connect with a key instead:
-
In Kudosky, open Integrations → KAIA in your AI tools → Or use a key and choose Create key. Name it after the tool, for example Cursor.
-
Turn on Allow actions if the tool should be able to change things. Without it the key only reads.
-
Copy the key now. It starts with
kdy_and is shown only once.
Claude Code
claude mcp add --transport http kudosky https://kudosky.app/mcp --header "Authorization: Bearer kdy_…"Cursor, VS Code and other clients: add an HTTP MCP server with an Authorization header, for example in Cursor’s mcp.json:
{ "mcpServers": { "kudosky": { "url": "https://kudosky.app/mcp", "headers": { "Authorization": "Bearer kdy_…" } } }}Read or act
Section titled “Read or act”| Access | What the AI tool gets |

| Read + actions | Read tools plus every action tool. |
