Your dashboard & KAIA tips

Your dashboard is the employee dashboard, with your day rating, points, rewards and recent kudos, plus a few manager extras:

• KAIA tips. When your team’s mood drops, KAIA sends you a concrete suggestion, for example to bring up priorities at the next meeting when workload keeps coming up. Tips appear on your dashboard until you have read them.
• Manage redemptions. A shortcut to reward requests.

Tips are based on the team as a whole, never on one person. They only exist if your admin has KAIA Insights and manager tips turned on.
