Mechanics

Content moderation: keep a list of flagged words that are detected in kudos messages.
Points
Section titled “Points”Settings → Points System

Day ratings always earn 1 point, or 2 with a meaningful comment. Polls, pulse questions and questionnaires have their own points, set on each.
You can also send or remove points for one person, or reset all points for everyone. That can’t be undone.
Categories
Section titled “Categories”Settings → Categories
Categories are your values. Add your own, rename them, or switch defaults off. Switching off a default category hides it without deleting history. Category names follow your company’s default language.
