Pulse, polls & questionnaires

Pulse survey
Section titled “Pulse survey”Pulse Survey in the admin menu. These are short questions shown after the day rating, one at a time, so nobody is asked twice.
- Answer types: scale, slider, dropdown or text.
- Each question can award points and be switched on or off.
- Results are shown only for groups of 3 or more, and comments are never attributed.
Polls: quick votes with a title, options and an end date.

| None | People just vote. |
| Earn | Voting earns points. |
| Spend | People spend points on extra votes, if multiple votes are allowed. |
Defaults for duration, maximum votes and points per vote are in Settings. Deleting a poll archives it.
Questionnaires
Section titled “Questionnaires”Questionnaires: longer forms with four templates: survey, quiz with a pass mark, mixed and compliance. Set completion points, publish, send email invitations or share the link, and read the results under Results. A questionnaire can be active, paused, a draft or archived.
