Redeem rewards

  1. Open Rewards and browse your company’s catalogue.
  2. Pick a reward you have enough points for and choose Redeem.
  3. The request goes to a manager or admin for approval. Your company may also let KAIA approve requests automatically after a waiting period.
  4. You are notified when it is approved or declined. Declined requests give your points back.

Rewards can be anything your company offers: a coffee, a day off, a gift card, a charity donation or company merch. Some have limited stock.
