Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI

Add format=csv to any list and point your tool at the URL with the key in a header. For example, this month’s kudos:

GET /activity?since=2026-10-01T00:00:00Z&format=csv&limit=1000

Tools that can’t send headers, such as a plain Google Sheets IMPORTDATA, can’t use the API directly. Use Power BI, Excel Power Query or a small script instead.

Zapier, Make and other no-code tools

Use the HTTP request / Webhooks step, add the Authorization: Bearer sk_live_… header and call the endpoint.

Sync a reward catalogue

Send your whole catalogue on a schedule. Rewards are matched on external_id, so nothing is duplicated. Up to 500 per request, and every row is validated before anything is written:

To archive a reward, send it again with "is_archived": true.
