Invite people
Section titled “Invite people”All of these are in Settings → Access:
| Way | Good for |

| Invite code | Share it; people enter it when they sign up. You can generate a new one at any time, and the old one stops working. |
| Join links & QR code | A sign-up link, also as a QR code for events, that signs people straight into your company in its language. |
| Email invitations | Personal invites, one by one. |
| Upload a list | Drop a CSV or Excel file with emails to invite everyone at once. |
Allowed domains restrict sign-ups to your email domains, for example yourcompany.com. Leave it empty to allow any domain.
For a large rollout or an import from your HR system, write to hello@kudosky.com and we will onboard everyone for you.
Members
Section titled “Members”Under Members you can, for each person:
- set the role: employee, manager or admin,
- move them to a team,
- choose whether they can send and can receive kudos,
- deactivate them. Kudosky never deletes people: a deactivated member can’t sign in, their history stays, and you can reactivate them.
Pending invitations are listed too, so you can resend or cancel them.
Under Teams, create teams, add a description, assign members and managers. Teams drive analytics and KAIA’s tips, so mirror how people really work. Remember that mood is only shown for groups of 3 or more.
