How you earn points

Your balance is on your dashboard and in Rewards.
Streaks
Section titled “Streaks”Every day you send kudos or rate your day keeps your activity streak going. Your dashboard shows your current and longest streak, and you unlock achievements along the way.
Do points expire?
Section titled “Do points expire?”Only if your company turns on points expiration, after a set number of days. The app warns you when points are about to expire.
