| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Employee | Send kudos, rate the day, answer pulse questions, polls and questionnaires, redeem rewards. |
| Manager | Everything an employee can, plus approve reward requests, see KAIA tips for their team and, if the admin allows it, open Analytics. |
| Admin | Set Kudosky up and run it: settings, people and teams, rewards, surveys, integrations, analytics, KAIA. |
Your day rating
Section titled “Your day rating”- Your rating and comment are confidential. Colleagues and managers never see them. A colleague looking at your streak calendar only sees that you rated, not how.
- Admins never see your scores or comments as such. In analytics they see you as a worded status, doing well, okay or may need support, based on your last 5 ratings.
- Mood figures are shown for teams and the company only, and only for groups of at least 3 people. Smaller teams are hidden.
- If a comment suggests you might be in crisis, Kudosky shows you help contacts right away. Your admin gets a team-level alert without your name.
Anonymous entries and reveals
Section titled “Anonymous entries and reveals”Anonymous kudos, comments and pulse answers show no name. An admin can reveal the person behind an anonymous entry only for a serious safety reason:
- They have to confirm that it is for safety, in two steps.
- Each reveal is written to the audit log with the admin’s name and the time.
- Reveals are capped at 10% of colleagues per month for the whole company.
- The person is not notified.
This cap is what keeps anonymity real rather than just a label.
KAIA and the API
Section titled “KAIA and the API”KAIA, the MCP connector and the public API never show individual mood. They only work with team and company figures, and they never reveal who wrote something anonymously.
