Privacy in the API

How someone rated their day is confidential. An API key is not a person looking at a screen with Kudosky’s privacy rules applied, so:

• Day ratings come back keyed to a team, never to a person.
• Pulse answers carry no personal identifier.
• Kudos only include people who are both members of your company.
• Default kudos categories come back in your company’s default language, the same for every caller.

That still covers what people use this data for, trends over time and by team, without turning a BI key into a way around the product’s privacy.
