The catalogue
Section titled “The catalogue”Under Rewards, create what people can redeem with points: an extra day off, lunch with the CEO, a course, a gift card or a charity donation. Each reward has:
- a name, description and image,
- a points cost,
- an optional stock count, vendor, delivery method and expiry date,
- a hidden switch to take it out of the catalogue without deleting it.
Deleting a reward archives it, so past redemptions stay intact.
Not sure what to offer or what it should cost? Ask KAIA. It knows the typical point range in your company.
To keep a catalogue in sync with another system, use the rewards import API.
Redemptions
Section titled “Redemptions”Redemptions wait for approval by a manager or admin. See Reward requests. With KAIA Agent you can have them approved or declined automatically after a waiting period.
